Color name

Hello!

Im running a vanilla ish server (Meaning no essentials) and i need a plugin like this:

when someone chats, their name is white, but i want it if you do /color (user) (color), it will make it that color in the chat. I need this plugin asap! If you are a good developer, also add it so there name is that color in tab to.

Colors:
Red,Orange,Yellow,Green,Blue,Purple,Aqua,Pink,Grey,Black
(If you can add those)

My Plugin ChatTitles covers such a feature.
It requires RankPrefix+
Take your time with it as the Configuration might take a while.

Yes, it did not work out for me, sadly
