Problem/Bug First page of large thread hidden

Hello again, I have recently noticed that all large (>4 pages) threads make the first page completely blank. Not sure if this is known or what, but it it quite annoying. Just wondering if this is already known, and if it's in the process of being fixed.

 

@nverdier What thread do you have in mind? I tried it on one and it seemed fine.

Just tried with Chrome and it works fine. Seems to be a problem with Safari.

 

@nverdier Hmm.... 2 of those links are showing the complete whiteness for me and I use Chrome

@teej107 Oh, oh, just used those two again with Chrome, same white page. The middle one is fine with Chrome.

 

This seems like it would be a XenForo issue, not sure why it is happening.

@bwfcwalshy I noticed an option in ID's forum setting about "Discouraged" users, and they have a chance of getting a blank page... But this is only happening on the large threads, so I can't imagine that that's the case.

 

@nverdier If you were Discouraged then so would I and many others. Discouraged doesn't just give a blank page it crashes the browser, slows the page down etc. It is not a discouragement issue.

Can confirm, getting them too. Chrome, Win8 64bit. Middle one is indeed fine.

 

Glad I'm not the only one who is seeing them.

 

Just tested it on firefox and chrome. The second one works fine. First and last link does not work when logged in. If you are logged out you can see the page. Log in again = white page.

Furthermore i get "500 Internal Server Error" when calling the page when logged in.

If you add page-2 after the slash then both pages do show page-2 but clicking on page 1 shows white page with error 500 again.

 

Update! On all of the threads that "don't work", this shows up in Chrome's console.

 

This should now be fixed, of you have any more issues please do report them.
