Rankup ! problem ;I

Hello i need Help i use PermissionsEx and http://www.curse.com/bukkit-plugins/minecraft/autorank
latest version i use so i get this error only server autorank warning:rank change of rank *kogenud* is invalid..the rank to promote to doesnt exist in the perm file.. ;I
