   I need a plugin with the following specifiations and was wondering if anyone ever heard of one.
   
   I basically want a zone claiming system that claims in x y z coordinates, that would mean one could claim above another, like in for example a hotel in a city.
   
   This would be done using a wand and claiming opposite corers of a cube or rectangle.
   
   The plugin would use an economy mod to charge per block claimed.
   
   One more specification, I need a way to make it so my players can only claim in a specific zone. There is going to be one central hub for living, and users should only be able to claim inside it.
