NoTickPvP Plugin

Suggested name: NoTickPvP

What I want: I want their to be a config.yml and its scaled in a basis of 1-10 (1 less ticks, 10 more ticks) and it basically can make it so you can customize your pvp to like 1.5 but while you are on 1.7 or 1.8

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No Permissions as no command is needed just a config.yml

It lets you customize pvp through the pvp delay hits

 

so say i hit something 4 times with a 3 sec. delay in between each hit, i would get kit pvp or something?

 

No I want to be able to customize the delay between a hit
