Plugin Help Multiverse problems

So I have a kitpvp server, when they die they respawn in the kitpvp spawn I set with multiverse, but there is some sort of protection around the multiverse spawn causing players to not be able to use the signs for their vaults and kits. Is there a way I could remove this protection? or possible override the respawn of the Multiverse plugin with another plugin? Thank you for your time and I hope you can help.

 

in the server.properties set "spawn-protection" to 0 if this does not work try /rg list and make sure all regions are yours. and make sure they have this permission essentials.sign.use.* and in the config you removed all # from the sign list. Any further help needed just msg back.
