Plugin Help Stargate Will Not Teleport Correctly

Stargate's portals are building correctly and everything, but these two portals only go one way. For Example:

Portal X can go to Portal Y, but Portal Y cannot Go to Portal X.

I don't get any errors, and Stargate says, " [Stargate] Teleported." However, when I go through Portal Y, It does not take me through Portal X.

Here is what my signs look like:

Portal X
Line 1: Spawn_1
Line 2: Main
Line 3: StriKraft
Line 4: AF

Portal Y
Line 1: Main
Line 2: Spawn_1
Line 3: StriKtraft
Line 4: AF

They are in different worlds, but that shouldn't be a problem, right? Anyway, If you read this, thank you, and please help.
