Help With Factions!

Hey Guys!
I'm Trying to fix the whole faction chat format thing but i cant get it to work.
I use essentials chat and the latest version of factions. I can see people's factions's names and ranks but i cant see the colors (like green for your faction, pink for allies etc. etc.). Here's how i have it set up in essentials chat:
"{faction_relcolour}{faction_roleprefix}&r{faction_relcolor}{faction_tag}&r {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&r {MESSAGE}"

IF we are using the same Factions ,

- Go to the config file
- Scroll down and find ''ChatSetFormat" (it should be above the "ChatSetFormatTo" where you put the code"
-The default is set to 'false'. Change it to 'true'
- Reload plugin ... it should use the code you have entered at "ChatSetFormatTo"

 

I still can's see any colour!
Could you tell me what i have to type in and if i have to type it in essentials chat or in the factions config???

I put that in the faction config thing but i still get no colour. What would i put in the essentials chat in the essentials config and what in faction config
