Limited Virtual Chest

Suggested name: Limited Virtual Chest (LVC)

What I want:
A plugin that opens a virtual chest through the command /lvc {Number of items alloted}

This plugin is NOT supposed to make a different amount of slots, but a different amount of items allowed to be stored. For example, If i typed (/lvc 32) 32 items would be allowed to be stored in the virtual chest. The chest itself is the size of a single chest.

Each virtual chest is an ender chest for each player, or meaning each player will have a personal chest for theirself. This means that if one player types /lvc 46 and then stores items, another player cannot type /lvc 46 and take his items, it will be a personal chest for each player.

Ideas for commands: /lvc {Number of items allowed}

Ideas for permissions: lvc.use - allows /lvc {Number}

When I'd like it by: ASAP

IF ANYONE CAN THINK OF A WAY TO MAKE THIS SIMPLER PLEASE SUGGEST
