Hi there. I am running a Centos server from home and i am trying to get it to run minecraft (bukkit server) but when i type in:
    java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar nogui

    i just get this back:
I have followed the guide at: http://wiki.bukkit.org/CraftBukkit_CentOS_Server_Setup

And i have installed java and have put my server onto the VPS and i just get this error when trying to run.

If anyone can help i would be very grateful.

    Thankyou.

According to Sun, this is apparently a bug in Java that happens when running on "older" hardware (whatever older means, I'm not sure)

    http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=7032388

You might want to see if you can find a slightly older version of Java, this bug may have been introduced with the version 6 update 25 release.

You could also try the Java 7 beta. If you follow the link posted above, they say it bas been fixed in the Java 7 build b137.

I cant seem to get it to install.

If you could provide some assistance for the installation of Java 7, then i would be very grateful.

    Thankyou.

Also, you don't need the nogui as that has been removed in craftbukkit.
