    Hi everyone,
I installed WorldEdit and Multiverse on my server and I created one other dimension using Multiverse.
So i now have three worlds : world, world_nether, world_the_end, and creative.
I want to enable WorldEdit on 'creative' only, but I don't know how to do it.

@SimonGamerKSP PEX or Groupmanager, and I won't help with configuring, haven't done that for a very long time so it would probably be wrong.

    For GroupManager, see:
    http://wiki.ess3.net/wiki/Group_Manager to get started, and
http://wiki.ess3.net/wiki/Group_Manager/Config especially the part on Mirroring.

I suspect you want a separate groups configuration for your creative world, but you probably want to share the users configuration across all worlds. The link above tells you how to do that.

Besides restricting WorldEdit, you probably want other differences between the worlds. For example, you probably don't want people to be able to use the /sell command in the creative world.
