Problem/Bug Friends getting kicked every 2 minutes

Every 2 minutes my friends get kicked for the reason "Lost Connetion: Internal Exception: java.io.LOException: An existing connection was forcible closed by the remove host" This server is running off my computer, it is Craftbukkit 1.7.10 with these plugins:

check your network config and is it on perfect intervals of 2 minutes of roughly

What on earth is an java.io.LOException. I'm only familiar with IOExceptions o.o

Anyway, his or your internet probably is... unstable, causing him to simply loose connection.

@Lolmewn , i did have to port forward again because my internet got reset, ill look in to it but what else do you think ?

 

@mc_myster WiFi is sh*t and should be avoided. If you're on LAN, no idea.

 

Could it be a plugin causing it?

@mc_myster Try changing the .jars to files like Citizens.jar, and not citizens_ksdg-gsdfk-gfd.jar.

 

@Qaisar101 That shouldn't matter. The name signature is the same, regardless.

It's surely an internet problem. If you are on WiFi, don't be. Get an Ethernet cable and plug your computer directly to your router. If no one else has problems, well, it's probably your friend.
