Disable Spawneggs

    I need help, pretty fast.

    I have a creative server for my friends and I want to disable Spawneggs for non op's because I want the members to buy mobs.

    Do you know any plugin that can help me to disable spawneggs for non op's?

    If you do know a plugin, is there anything I should write in the config or somwthing to make it work?

    PS. I have a bukkit server on 1.7.10
