GroupInviter - Invite people to groups

Suggested name: GroupInviter

What I want: I want a plugin that simply gives a user the permission to invite people to their group (In my server their country). I want the leader (King) to be able to do /invite (name) with the leader perms for that group.

--> I want the plugin to move people to a PermissionsEx group, not to be a group plugin itsself.

If people already have a group, they can't join another group. (Maybe use perms for this)

Extra: It would be fun if you could add a max players count in a group with config.yml and change the invite messages.

Ideas for commands:
Command to kick/invite someone (leaders)
Command to accept/deny an invitation (default)
Command to kick someone out of a group.

Ideas for permissions:
groupinvite.leader.(groupname)
groupinvite.admin

Important: If you say another plugin already does this, say the name of the plugin, i searched alot before i did this request so don't tell me it without mentioning an example;

 

I want it to use PermissionsEx. It only has to INVITE people, Factions has claiming and i don't want that. And xTeam: i don't want people to select their allies without an admin agreeing.

@Marcano It doesn't uses exactly 'groups'. It uses permissions like every other plugin.
