I like the idea but I know there are many zone/area plugins already designed. Give searching a shot and see what you can find.
I searched and there is no plugin released quite like what he wants, you want a plugin that makes it so people can't attack you? would you like it to also prevent damage from stuff like lava and fall, or just player to player?
