Plugin Help BuyCraft Help (URGENT)

Ok so here is my problem. Two users have donated on my server.
One donated $1 three times ($3)
Another donated $10

I went to my PayPal account and it is in there. But for some reason it says it needs shipping information. Like, a tracking number, shipping carrier, etc.

I don't know why this is and I'm not receiving my payment until I confirm it's been shipped, and nothing ever was shipped.

Any help would be amazing. I think part of the fact might be my PayPal is just a normal account and to use BuyCraft you have to have a buisness. A few minutes ago I switched to buisness, but I can't figure this out?

 

You need to make your paypal account accept payments automatically, I think it's under security.
