IDEA: When one player hit other player by FEATHER player get handcuffed and slowness , player need handcuff keys (SHEAR) for fix it Can anyone do that for me pls ?

I think they just want a player to get "handcuffed" and locked with them until they somehow acquire a a key or someone frees them. I guess a cool way is to handcuff them and making them ride a dog that is friendly to the person who handcuffed them so that they can't escape. Unless that's intended....
