Tnt block damage not working.

    So i'm trying to get Tnt block damage eneabled. essentials WAS blocking it from being placed but I fixed that. I have worldguard and have tried enabling tnt and other-explosion in __global__ as the area i'm in is not protected. I'm not sure what to do, any help is greatly appreciated. Also i'm running craftbukkit 1.7.10

    Tnt-explosion is already set to true :/ any other ideas?

    EDIT: I do have Pex as well.
