Plugin Request Banners for 1.8!

I think it would be awesome if someone made a simple plugin that allowed giving yourself pre-made banners! Even allow players to make their own and save it to grab later with a command because it's a little aggravating having to try and remember how you made a certain banner.

Possibly add pre-defined banners: Letters, Country Flags, Popular Banners.

I think a lot of people would like a plugin like this!

@Onewingseraphim Why does this need to be a plugin? A website would be easier to use and have a better UI. Plus there are already other websites that do this.

 

I already stated why I think it should be a plugin, it's aggravating trying to use websites while in game to make banners every time you want to make one, and also hard to explain to other players if they would like to make a certain one. It'd just be easier with a command to spawn one in, like for say a certain Clan on my server makes a banner and players in that clan would like to use that banner for their house or something, they could use the plugin to give them a generated banner that the clan uses etc.
