Filled Rank Only Areas

So, I need a plugin that can only let Ranks enter. I don't seem to see any plugins that do this so i am just going to post this.

Possible Name: RankArea

Possible Commands:
Maybe it could be like you have to use WolrdEdit to select the place then:
/ra create <areaname> accessallow:<groupname> (all other groups cannot enter.) Creates a RankArea
/ra delete <areaname> Deletes the RankArea

If your not part of the groups, maybe it can say, you are not allowed to enter this area and not let them enter it, it'll act like a block barrier, except invisible.

Also: If you could make it so that the players who are ranks can't teleport other players into the rank area.

No perms please, only Operators should do this, it's too op

The flag is called "enter" and you can find more information on the page on how to assign a group to the region.
