    name: Custom Particles
    description: Using the pictures as an example i want the hearts to do a swirl as shown below by the pictures and sparkle when it hits the chest.

    Commands:
    /cp sel - allow u to choose chest that has particle on top of it
    /cp create <name> - name the chest with particle

    permissions:
    none

    server that has this:
    skyblock.craftgasm.net - the kitpvp server
