    Plugin category: Fun

    Suggested name: JukeSongs

What I want: I'd like a plugin that allows me to play custom music in the hub of my server. I want to be able to put some type of audio file in a folder and make it playable in-game. Here's a server running a music plugin to give you an idea:

Ideas for commands: /song play (song)

    Ideas for permissions: Not needed.

When I'd like it by: Whenever :)

I have 2 comments for this. One, it would be impossible to make it import a .mp3 file or something like that, they only way it could be done is if it plays a series of notes to all players in the hub. Second, why would it be "/song play" instead of "/song"? Either way the /song command has to be created for this plugin, and having multiple arguments to add to the command's function is usually only done if the command has multiple functions. But I guess you would probably want to have a stop command too...

ImmortalWalrus Then you will find some limitations. And no: I haven't watched the video

ImmortalWalrus I have no way to watch the video atm, but it IS possible by playing the individual noteblock tunes to a player (like Freelix2000 ) said.
This can be relatively easy done via the MIDI file format.
However - It doesn't sound perfect as latency & server lag can cause bad timings.

And yes, there are plugins to do that - just search for midi plugins (e.g. a google Search)

And as always: timtower - It was a pleasure to correct/complete you :p

MisterErwin Midi will be converted to noteblock sounds so technically I am not wrong :p So that was completing me :p

ImmortalWalrus You could create an audio pack for your server, but then people would have to download it (unless you found a plugin that forces the player to use the resourcepack (audio in this case)).

The video did use note block sounds, so I guess that does make it possible then.

@ImmortalWalrus You can try BAMRadio as a noteblock player plugin ;)

The only possible way to do this would be with noteblock sound events, which would be difficult to make.

Jayke_ Besides that you don't need to make it from scratch.
