   So I am transferring my server from a host to a new dedicated server.

   One of your plugins is picking up errors. Also, since you are NOT using CraftBukkit; wouldn't it be smarter to seek support where you got your server(Spigot)?

   Also a brief screenshot of just one error like that doesn't show much at all.
   That could all be started by a prior error we're not seeing for all we know.
   A post of your entire startup log would be much better.
   In your screenshot the plugin called: CrateKey, is the issue.
