Pay Per Command Use

    Hey developers,
    I'm soon going to make a server and I need a plugin. To make my donation store compliant with the EULA, I need a plugin that charges users each time that use a command. This basically allows users to use all the commands donors can use, at a price. For example, if a user runs "/feed", they will be charged X amount of money from the users account. BTW, I plan to be using essentials for my money plugin.
