Ive always been a little confused how the Essentials config works but, all the way kinda near the bottom under "Weather" you have lighting set to true, im pretty sure that means you have lightning disabled. I also found tha on your Herobrin Ai plugins config there is a place where you have to set the worlds that the plugin is allowed to work in, at the moment the only world there is the default world called "world", if you are in a world with a different name then you must add that worlds name(case-sensitive) to that list of worlds.
