Money per kill plugin and Vaults not working

I'm trying to find a plugin that gives me money for kills but I can't seem to find one that works. If anyone has a good one that is reliable, that would be awesome if you could tell me it. Also I'm using PlayerVaults and its not allowing players to open their vault even after i added the permission to allow them to use signs and the amount they can use. By the way, I'm using Group Manager with different groups.

 

You could try KillerMoney. It's configurable for both mob kills and player kills, with adjustable rates per mob type. Seems to be pretty up to date and works with GroupManager. Will require Vault and an economy plugin to work.

Can't really help with the PlayerVaults question; haven't used that plugin on my server.

 

We are using MobBountyReloaded. Even if the page says it's inactive, there are still some people maintaining it and developing it.

 

Is there any type of error that appears in console when a player tries to access their vault via command? Does it say anything when the player tries to use the command, such as "You do not have permission!" or possibly it says nothing at all?" If so please post it here.
