Rankup Plugin

I own an OP Prison server and I have seen a lot of Prison servers with different types of RankUp plugins. I want to have a good rankup plugin that shows you want each rank looks like when you type (/ranks) and you can rankup without it broadcasting to the server. I have tried paidranks and I don't like that at all. I am using PrisonRankup right now and it doesn't allow much customization, you can't even change the color of (/ranks). If anyone would know how to make this type of plugin please respond!

 

What i would do:
Create a custom command called /ranks (with cshortcut or mycommand) that displays all ranks. And use PrisonRankup to rankup.

Which of those plugins would got recommend using?

 

Cshortcut is simple and easy to use & MyCommand is a little bit more advanced and complicated.
