Permission/Color Chat help! (configuration)

Hello my fellow bukkit friends. Im working on a server and I had the essentials(including chat, spawn, and so on) and also groupmanager. This got the color/groups working but i couldnt edit the permissions. SO i got permissionsEx and now i can edit the permissions. But the problem is now the color nametags in chat is not working. PLEASE someone help me please. Ive worked so much on this server and i dont plan on giving it up. Please reply ASAP, Im on a deadline to open this server to public. Thank you ~Rocky

I also would like HELP with setting up prefixes for stuff such as Moderator, Co-Owner, Owner, Vip and so on. IF You could help out with that i would appreciate it. THanks, ~Rocky

That's what made my colors come back.

 

Rock_Cam12 Customize prefixes were it says prefix: In the permissions file

 

I had this same problem. What I did was edit the Essentials chat config to make Prefix/Prefix Colors show up.
