A review plugin for plots

Can someone make me a plugin where players can do /done on their plot and at it to the list for admins and op where they can do /review and see a list of the players that did /done and if the do /review (name) they can tp to the plot or position they did the command and if the op or admin does /review confirm then they get promoted and if the op or admin does /review deny then they must redo the build.- Thank You for your time and hopefully u can do me a huge favor by making this

Read what I said carefully I said a review plugin to judge plots not plotme.

 

Plotme got /done just lets the players msg/mail the owner no plugin needed like i said

 

yes but I need this s when u do /review confirm they can easily get promoted to next rank
