   Hey guys!
   I'm currently running a server on my home computer. I'm planning on getting a Dedicated server set up with new hardware and such. My question is, is there a way to add and install plugins without having to stop the server and restart it? It's annoying to my players. So...is there a way? :|

   No. Only plugin config files can be reloaded without restarting the server.

   Use /reload. Or test all shit on another comp\server, then transfer to main server.

   You can "add" but not remove when using the /reload command. I do it all the time.
