BukkitConfigurationAPI - YAML File Configuration

BukkitConfigurationAPI is a custom written File 'handler'. It has been created so that you don't need to spend time on making your configuration files (a very long and tedious process). But to your advantage, I have created this to make it possible for you to be able to create '.yml' files, and read all the data from those files.
