First of all, does LWC work? If so, just ignore it and be off.
Second, if it doesn't work, try one of the development builds on the LWC Jenkins server.

 

That's just LWC trying to update itself.
It works perfectly fine for me with that error.

 

okei Ty but how i can Turn off that i just go folder and auto uptade deny ?
or somthing like that ?

i cant find any auto uptate where i can put false .

Just ignore it. I see it a lot too, now that I looked.
