Problem to set up a server with no-ip

    Dracors

    When i try to start the server with the no-ip ip it's keep saying
    "failed to bind to port"

    Don't say for me to put in blank the "server-ip", because if I do this the ip will not be static and I need it static for make a public server.
    I tried foward the port, take off the firewall, make a exeption in firewall, and put the "server-ip" blank (nobody could enter and the ip change).
    If someone could help I will be very thankful.

    Set the server-ip blank, and you didn't port forward correctly.

    The port isn't open. Try opening it again.
