   Hey,
   
   I'm looking for a plugin, but cannot find one, that will delay chat after someone talks.
   
   Ex without plugin:
   Player 1: Do
   Player 1: you
   Player 1: want
   Player 1: to
   Player 1: go to
   Player 1: the mall with me?
   
   With plugin:
   Player 1: Do
   5 second delay
   Player 1: you
   ...
   ...
   
   So with this plugin it will delay when someone can talk in chat for a specific amount of time. I've seen these on servers before, but cannot find a plugin that is just focused on this. Does anyone know of any? Thank you for reading!
