If there is any plugin that does such a thing that Enables PvP and gives a player lets say full diamond armor when holding an item like a Diamond Sword. If not then could I please have this plugin made? It would be nice for a Hub Mini-Game plugin, I've never seen it on any other servers and I would love to be the first one to have it without billions of plugins to make it possible and yet not have it how I want it to be. Can anyone please make this Plugin Please and Thank you!
SuperRonanCraft I will try this, is full diamond all you want? also, if would you want to configure items given? And also, by configure PvP do you mean worldguard or some other thing?
Well if configuring the items they get put on would be nice, and by PvP i mean like a player gets a message that PvP is enable by a Anti-PvP plugin that you can enable and disable, or maybe worldguard i guess, how ever it is to make it possible i'm in Like it lets a player to PvP if they hold a sword they no longer are protected to be hit my anyone else if the other player is holding the to sword as well. I would like it if you were to hold an item, and it says in chat in red and green that you enabled pvp or disabled pvp.
SuperRonanCraft then couldn't I just switch inventory slots and basically pvp log? This doesn't seem like a good idea...
It wouldn't really matter, it's just something to keep people entertained, plus if anything it's just something cool that I want, no one else needs to download the plugin
SuperRonanCraft How abut once they hit someone, they can't turn their pvp off for a configurable ammount of time, Like even if they switch weapons they are still in pvp
Do you want specific items (like PvP items, i.e. All swords and axes trigger this) or do you want to specify it in config.yml? OK, So a little like CombatLogger, It waits for perhaps a certain amount of seconds specified in config.yml before disabling your PVP. BTW, Heal4Money(My Plugin) could slot nicely into this: You have just finished PVPing and you can pay in-game money to heal yourself. These are much like what I would like, I guess a pvp cool down would be nice, and a config for whatever item enabled pvp when someone hits a person with the specific item will enable pvp, would it be like it a non pvp person with a sword hots another non pvp person it will enable or will it only turn on if they hit another person if they have a sword out as well? But which ever way I guess it would be nice. I havent seen the MineCraft Party server have this but I guess if they have the same concept then I guess so, I just want a Plugin that people can mess around with while in the Hub, cause at the moment my Hub is Fairly boring atm. I just need something having to do with PvP and people can ovoid if they like.
SuperRonanCraft Here is what I think you should do, let me know if you like this idea and I can make this for you. Also I have PM'd you my Skype if you want to talk about this. Clicking with an item specified in config.yml enables your PVP, Then you can fight with other players, If you use the item specified in config.yml again, it disables your pvp if it has been more than 5 seconds since pvp was enabled. You would be able to change the amount of seconds in config.yml
I would really just think that a simple plugin where it enables your pvp if you hold a sword would be nice, there are other plugins that do it if you click an item, I just think that it would be nice if there was a plugin is someone was to just HOLD an item, not click it and it enables their pvp, and if they hit someone or someone hit them when they held the sword they cannot disabled their pvp until it cools down in a time specified in the config.
