Essentials Kit Delay Not Working

So I made kits, I have /kit member for every rank, kit food for some ranks and also kits for each specific rank. Every rank is able to use the right kits, but the delay for the 'specific ranks kits' arent working

im talking about /kit god,/kit titan, /kit hero etc

Guys please, this is the only thing stopping me from opening my server

Fraxous You have "Delay" with upper-case "D". I think it should be lower-case.

 

Changed it, saved it, restarted the server.... still no delay :/

I deopped and put myself in another group

nevermind IT IS working for some strange reason
