OP cant even do /plugins ?

So on my server that i recently updated to 1.7.10, i cant even do the /plugins command as OP with OP-Permissions-Level=4 and the '*' permission node, what is wrong here, can anyone help me please? I provide any information that you need.

CLOSED PLEASE! Its a bug with essentials where in it keeps your "rank" as you where on, but in real are just default rank.

Ye but its ok it was a bug with essentials, where in it keeps and says your rank is the rank you had before in chat, but in reality its default rank, still weird as i mean OPs should override all perms, but anyhow.

But instead you could maybe help me with Multiverse i guess it is, so when i join back to any server, my gamemode goes survival, i dont stay creative, however i got the mv.bypass.gamemode.* permission for my rank and up, any idea?

So you gave up and also saw i use mods so a OP can close this thread i guess?
