   The title explains everything. My custom votifer plugin is not working basically it won't give you the voting rewards for when you vote.

   more info? Because telling only "its not working" is not enough information. Do you get errors or nothing? Did you add the plugin Votifier to your plugins on your server? Place some debug messages inside your code to see if it gets fired or not.
