ChestShop and Permissions Help!

Hey, Im kinda new to the whole Permission/ChestShop thing, i got the chest set up, I have Iconomy/Vault/Chestshop/WorldGuard/Essentials and etc. and I have done lots of research on all plugins to learn my best on how they all work. I managed to have the chest shop be created and look like its working but, everyone who tries to use it says they dont have permission including the OP. I have done some "config" under both ChestShop/WorldGuard mainly but im not 100percent sure what im doing exactly. This is my commands I added in myself for world guard. (keep in mind im using "WordPad" This is exactly what i added into WorldGuard-Config(opened with wordpad) right underneath

My whole goal, is so i can get regular players to be able to buy and sell from chests, and also be able to make their own, but of course first being owner of their own region.
If anyone can help me at all id really appreciate it.
Im willing to learn and grow more towards all this kind of stuff. Thanks!
PS: They are also tabbed aswell.
I had to delete what i added to worldguard because it was causing my region settings to mess up. Please anyone willing to help?
