    Plugin category: OTHER

    Suggested name: Anything

What I want: When someone with the permission to does /broadcast, they can use color codes and it will show up like this &7[&Broadcast&7] MESSAGE &4- {playername} so it basically shows the player who broadcasted it.

    Ideas for commands: /broadcast
    Ideas for permissions: pluginname.broadcast

When I'd like it by: ASAP

    Thanks :)

    Thank you

Can you post a space between [Broadcast]MESSAGE so it's [Broadcast] MESSAGE?

    Sgt05, There's a section in essentials locale.

Plugins are just going to slow down your server, whether they're lightweight or not.

Sgt05 Just add a space after the prefix... It will work then.

Sgt05 When ur done with the things nightcrawler601 wrote.
    1. Open the messages.en.properties file.
    2. Go down to B and look for BroadCast
    3. Change the format there.

\u00a6 or something like that is the same as color codes. (\u00a = &, last character is the code like 6 for gold)
Btw it will not mention player who used /broadcast.

xJchukro, Sgt05, I've only put the broadcast format inside of the locale, lol, he doesn't have to search for anything.

§ and & is replaced with '\u00a' and the number besides that is the code for color, for instance; \u00a6 would present the gold color (&6), \u00ab would present the aqua color (&b). You can change the broadcast prefix just by editing the messages_en.properties file.

    Best regards,

    James
