   What I want: I want a plugin that give me what ever the speed I want in area that I choose like that it be compatible with worldedit
   
   P.S : I am using 1.7.2
   Ideas for commands: /sp set <area> <speednumber>
   /sp remove <area>
   /sp edit <area> <speednumber>
   Ideas for permissions: default for OPs
