TelephoneKiosk In every instance I know of, changing mob behavior requires overwriting Minecraft's inbuilt NMS classes, which control the behavior of mobs, by the plugin. This means that the plugin would potentially be a pain to code, and would be very likely to break with every new Minecraft version. That doesn't mean that it's impossible to create, it would just be finicky and complicated.
