Someone please help me with a mini games server?! And PermissionsEX?!

Hey guys. For the past week i'v been stressed out trying different ways to make my permissions work and to get them working with multiverse! Nothing! Had been working! I'v tried 3 or 4 different ways to fix this issue and it still doesn't work they fix one problem but create another! My worlds are world, Factions, MobArena, world_the_end, world_nether. I'v just gotten the multiverse portals to work and the nether portals have stopped working! I'v gotten the plugin but I don't know what i'm supposed to put in the world config.yml I also don't know how to make the Factions world be part of the nether and end world so it doesnt create a new inventory for them?! And my last and most important problem is that the permissionsex don't inherit from any group?! It looks like they do but they dont?! Please help me this is so important and I need it fix as soon as possible?!
