   MipCrab

   I need a plugin where you can set what happens when players step on a block. I want the blocks to be set with world edit.
   Possibilities: Parkour checkpoints, Speed boost blocks for minigames, A replacement for tripwires and command blocks!

   Can fix your speed blocks thingy.
   Doesn't have a worldedit option, but it does come with a coords option?

   Looks like ReActions could be useful for you too
   
   Here is example video. Player enters and leave regions and gain/lose effect. You can combine this feature with long list of actions
