Item Drop

Description: Players are able to throw a snowball but instead of it disappearing, when it hits the ground, it drop as an item.

Also, if this is possible, when someone throws a snowball at you, you can hit it off like when a ghast shoots a fireball at you. With a sword or item( configurable)

Optional: When the snowball hits the ground, it can move atleast 1-2 blocks (configurable)

A config would be nice too EXAMPLE
Movement: #how many blocks it can move
Item: Snowball
Hit: #name of item or data value

World: #what world this plugin will only work in.
