[PEX] Permissions Prefixes and Suffixes Not Displayed

I can't really explain any further than the title.

Plugins: Pixelator, LampControl, WorldEdit, NoCheatPlus, Broadcastery, CTBMOTD, FrameProtect, TagAPI, CrackShot, MG-Utils, Multiverse-Core, PermissionsEx, ImageOnMap, Reporter, TF2

Note: I've tried installing Essentials and EssentialsChat and configuring it to allow prefixes, but this didn't do anything.

Oh, and Multiverse has world prefixes turned off.

Try putting all the permission it to the permissions.yml folder

 

Anybody? This is the last thing my server needs to open, so it's pretty urgent.
