Mob Spawning and Abilities

Hello everyone, I am planning on creating my own zombie survival server. I am working on a map with hidden chests everywhere around it. I found a plugin called ChestRestock: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/chestrestock/ that can restock the chests so other players can loot them too. But my next problem is that I want only zombies to spawn in the map, I don't want them to burn during the day time, and I would like for them to have abilities such as being faster or dealing more damage. I am guessing there is a plugin out there that can modify this so I decided not to put it in "Plugin Requests". Although, I have been looking for the past hour and have only found zombie "minigame" plugins that simply allow you to create a zombie survival arena. I don't want multiple waves for a minigame, instead I want a never ending zombie survival server where players can create clans, loot chests, and work together to see how long they can survive. If anyone knows of a plugin please say so below. Thanks!

I want a plugin that allows me to change the speed of the zombies as well as not to burn during the day, the damage they do, their strength, etc ...

Is there any plugin that allows me to configure the skills of zombies?.

No plugins like arenas. I want edit the skills of zombies that spawn naturally.
