Filled Prison Wardens

Suggested name: PrisonWardens

What I want: I want that when I do /warden [playername], it changes the player to a warden. When they change to warden I want them to receive a message saying "Do /kit Warden". The kit warden would give them full diamond armor with highest enchants and a diamond sword, with the highest enchantments, called "The Punishment" and a stick with knockback 10 called "Get Back In Your Cell" with 5 God Apples

Ideas for commands: /warden [playername] - It changes the player into a warden
/kit Warden - It gives them the warden kit

Ideas for permissions: Only owner can change a player into warden

When I'd like it by: ASAP

I use 1.7.2 but I don't know the precise version of Bukkit

I actually use CraftBukkit 1.7.2-R0.3 (Beta)

There are only 1 permission, and that is for /warden. If the server gets reloaded then the wardens can't use /kit warden as they are not stored
