Help, Heart Particles Effect

Hello, I need the good effect of "heart" code, but I had before I lost and not saving .. If you leave the forum of a guy who created a library of particles will not do because I've been looking already.

 

I'm not sure what you mean, but ParticleLib and EffectLib can both do this. The raw NMS isn't too hard either.

But once I had the code and went to my former friend he did an event with the code and it worked without any API that type. Do not know any way? (I saw the code in the bukkit forums, but can not remember which).

Like I said, you can use NMS packets directly. It's easier and more future proof to use a lib though.
