Looking for specific plugin

Hi all, firstly I would like to apologize if this thread is in the wrong place, I am new to these forums and this seemed the most appropriate place to put it. I am looking for two plugins.
1. A plugin that tracks your playtime, and once you have say, 5 hours played, it runs a command that changes your rank using commands (Permissions Ex). And once you have, say 10 hours, it promotes you again.
2. A chat plugin that has chat channels per world you automatically join, and allows Mods and admins to broadcast messages to all worlds. I would also like this plugin to have channels specifically for people who are in a certain minigame, so that they autojoin once the channel once they join the minigame, and get kicked out of the channel once they leave. I also would like it to only show the names of people in your channel in the tab player menu.
If anyone knows any plugins like this exist, please tell me where I can find them, Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot , also there is spawn plugin I am looking for. It needs to have separate spawns for each multiverse world EG: If i die in the "Survival" world, I will respawn in the survival spawn, and if I die in the factions world, I will respawn in the factions spawn. Also when I type /spawn it should take me to the spawn of the world I am currently in.

Another plugin I am looking for, is there a plugin I can copy paste large amounts of blocks, and it will handle only small chunks at at time so my server does not crash while copy pasting
